The Rever windows

Rever series doors and windows with perimetric hardware, produced by G&G – Doors and Windows srl, are made with extruded profiles in aluminium alloy for plastic processing in compliance with the EN AW 6060 UNI-EN 573-3 standard, subjected to a heat treatment process applied according to the UNI EN 755-2 standard (reclamation with air hardening at the press, followed by artificial ageing) to obtain the physical state T5 or the state that makes the best mechanical characteristics for such applications.

The REVER system consists of 3 modules:
A. central module
B. external badge
C. inner badge

A. Central module in silver oxidised aluminium used to create the load-bearing structure of the frame and the door. The central module is equipped with a special groove for the mounting of band hardware. The corner joint of the central module is made by inserting special aluminum brackets to join.

B. The external aluminium frame is coupled to the central module by means of snap-on clips and polyamide keys, which create the thermal break. A central EPDM gasket is fitted between the outer plate and the central core to facilitate the drainage of any water that may have penetrated or deposited condensation towards the outside, by means of staggered slots of 5 x 30 mm at several points according to the directives. The angular junction of the plate is made by inserting special aluminum brackets to join.

C. The internal ash wood panel (or aluminium frame) is coupled to the central module by means of rotating clips and polyamide keys that create the thermal break. The angular junction of the plate is made by inserting special clips in stainless steel and polyurethane glues.
